Building for you!
After you initially contact Armada Buildings we will have one of our friendly sales consultants get in touch with you, who will then assist you with as much or as little help as you need with your building design.
When we are confident we have incorporated your vision and desires into the building plan, we will get a complete quote to you. Prints may be requested. Your sales consultant will contact you by phone or e-mail to discuss the costs and details included in the building package. You may also request a copy of the quote by mail.
While on site your sales consultant will write up a contract and ask you to sign it. We also request a down payment of 20%. After you obtain your building permit and we receive a down payment, your project will immediately be entered into our construction schedule. Lead time varies, but our construction manager will strive to co-ordinate construction dates to accommodate your schedule.
Materials will be delivered one day prior or the day of construction. This will keep to a minimum the inconvenience of having a building package in your driveway or on your property. We request that you are present at the building site when materials are delivered. If this is not possible, we can make other arrangements. We also require your presence on the first day of construction to review the prints with the crew and to ensure building is placed where you want it.
